Arizona Housing Fund · Established 2019

Funding a
place to call
home.

The Arizona Housing Fund turns private donations into permanent supportive housing across Arizona. Our grants close critical funding gaps, helping projects open faster and move people out of homelessness.

100% of every donation goes directly to building affordable housing.

AZHF does not offer housing, rental or mortgage assistance. Dial 211 within Arizona for essential community resources.

Of Impact

Three revenue streams.
One mission.

Escrow Donation Program

Used by realtors, brokers, home buyers and sellers. At closing, participants donate to AZHF — a seamless integration into Arizona's real estate transactions.

Lease Application Program

Multifamily housing companies donate $5 per rental application. Residents can participate too — turning everyday housing transactions into community impact.

Direct Donations

Individuals, families, foundations, nonprofits, corporations and government bodies give directly. All donations are tax-deductible and go directly to building more housing units.

Smart Investment.
Real Stability.

Permanent supportive housing isn't just compassionate. It costs far less than chronic homelessness. Every dollar that funds a housing unit prevents far greater costs to taxpayers that would have gone towards police, court, and emergency room services.
