What we do?
We raise money to help our state build more nonprofit permanent affordable supportive housing units.
The revenue raised by AZHF becomes equity grant funding for Arizona nonprofit agencies that build and operate permanent affordable supportive housing, so more units can be constructed to meet the growing needs of our communities in Arizona and reduce the number of people experiencing homelessness.
How we do it?
ESCROW DONATION PROGRAM - used by realtors, brokers, home buyers and sellers
LEASE APPLICATION DONATION & RENTAL ROUND-UP PROGRAM - used by multifamily housing developers, owners and their residents
In addition to traditional directed donations from individuals, families, foundations and government, revenue is generated through these voluntary donations programs.
All donations are tax-deductible.
