RESIDENTIAL ESCROW DONATION TOOLKIT - donations made at close of escrow when a home is sold
The RESIDENTIAL ESCROW DONATION TOOLKIT is designed to give Arizona Real Estate Industry leaders the tools to advertise that during the close of escrow transaction everyone involved, REALTORS®, builders, escrow companies, title companies, buyers, and sellers will be invited to donate $25 to the Arizona Housing Fund to help create affordable housing opportunities for the homeless in Arizona.
COMMERCIAL ESCROW DONATIONS - for firms and brokers who sell commercial real estate
Commercial real estate brokerage companies and individual brokers are encouraged to share the mission of AZHF with their clients and provide the opportunity for buyers and sellers to donate along with their broker at the close of escrow per the transactions they complete. $100 donations per parties to each transaction will go directly to AZHF to fund new construction of affordable housing for the homeless in Arizona.

AZHF “SHARE THE MESSAGE” TOOLKIT can be used to educate community and business leaders on the AZHF and assist us in building critically needed affordable supportive housing in Arizona and reduce homelessness in our state.
